We got the BOB Revolution (but returned it) and while it is a great stroller (smooth ride and easy to push), it is very big and the wheels are huge and not easy to fit in smaller spaces. BUT it would be a great stroller for walks but not crowded or small spaces. (We returned it because it wouldn't even fit in our trunk to go home).
Not sure about the other one you mention. We also tried a Graco tandem double stroller and it was like a truck, my older son was a mile away in the front seat and also had a hard time getting it in the trunk.
We finally settled on the Chicco Twin Trevi, a double umbrella stroller, I love it, lightweight and small and fits through regular doorways.http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp…
